MSD Animal Health has an exciting new sustainability initiative that we are introducing in collaboration with Agrecovery and Elanco to help reduce plastic waste on farms .
Expanding on the established collection of the high-density plastic drums used for drenches, dips and agrichemicals, we are now excited to include two further streams of plastic collection, including MSD’s plastic Vaxipacks® and Elanco’s metabolic bags and Calpro Bolus tubes.
Farmers can drop empty MSD Vaccine Vaxipacks® in collection bins at participating vet clinics and rural retailers, and we’ll take care of the rest ensuring the plastic is repurposed and doesn’t end up in landfill.
